Xander has been hanging at the 0.4 White Blood Cell count for a few days now. We are happy and thankful that the counts are not going down, however, we would be more excited if they came in a bit more quickly!! We pray every day for the next level; continuing to trend in an upward direction.
Xander has gotten some opportunities to get off the IV pole now over the past couple of days. Yesterday was SO beautiful... he was feeling bad leaving the hospital (I had to wheel him in a chair to the car), but by the end of the outdoor experience he was feeling pretty good. We walked to the park, got in some swinging, walked to Morgan & York to get some candy and chips and then walked home. He proceeded to chase Molly and Noa around the house (yes, he RAN around the house) and tackled Molly too. They had a super outstanding time. Xander even thanked Molly and gave her a kiss on the head for letting him tackle her. (awww, how sweet ;)
