Today, Xander and Dad visited Gabe in the hospital (Gabe started Chemo last night). Gabe shared with Xander how it made him feel and sat quietly with Gabe and watched a movie.
We talked to Dr. Koschmann while we were on the floor, and discussed the first set of results from the bone marrow biopsy that further confirmed the diagnosis.
Xander showed Dr. Koschmann his first petechiae from playing earlier in the day. He confirmed these were expected with his low platelet count (last checked were 17K)
