Still has some fluid issues

Good Evening,

Xander had a pretty smooth day today. I believe that he is still having some fluid issues and we are hopefully getting these into check soon. His belly is still a bit large and has some swelling in his legs, but he is feeling better. He walked many laps around 7 East while he was hooked up to the pole today. Way to go Xan!

Thank you for the visit Calisa and Gary. We LOVE the visits and always look forward to the next!

Xander got to see Hobbes today, he is such a great dog! He loves his bowl of ice. He takes the pieces out to play with them, like a cat. He also puts his whole nose in the bowl to cool off.

Cooing down

Xander is eating like a champ! Yesterday he had corned beef and rye, and today he had noodles from Argerio's! So far, no negative side effects. We'll see how it works out for him.

Dr. Levine is thinking that he will be discharged on Tuesday. We're not in a hurry to send him home, we want to make sure that this fluid situation doesn't bring us back on Friday (again).
